I can’t say how amazing this crew is. Not only is the food made to Five Guys standards, the people that work here are friendly and go out of their way to make sure your food is handled with care. This Five Guys restaurant does everything they can to accommodate my Celiac needs. Of course there is always the potential for cross contamination, but I have not experienced any negative side effects.
Other restaurants often have workers that roll their eyes or scoff or whisper to each other about frustrating it is that they have to clean surfaces/change gloves and be as careful as possible to not allow bread/crumbs to touch my food.
Not these employees! They go above and beyond! There are very few faster food places that I can actually go with friends ☺
There have been several employees that have made my visits so awesome! I wanna say thank you/give a shout out to Martin, Abraham and Sergio! There is also a young woman who’s name I can’t recall (sorry 😔) but she is tall and blonde. You guys always help with a smile and make every visit Gluten Friendly! See you all soon!

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
