They are always careful with my food. Great service and food. Love that their fries are always safe.

I’ve gone here twice since my diagnosis and they have always taken precautions. Their fries are the only thing fried so they are safe, I just alert that I have an allergy and they always change their gloves and tend my burger separately. I get the lettuce wrap and it’s always super tasty and never makes me sick. Highly recommend for when you need to feed a craving.

I ordered a burger bowl with mayo and ketchup. Staff took precautions as much as they could. They scooped the mayo and ketchup into a container but took a bite into the mayo and quickly found crumbs. Instant cross contamination and symptoms surely started within 2 hrs. I won't be going back. 😰

Always very careful and change their gloves and package my food in separate bag even. Have never had a reaction with my Celiac here!
Yes
The only thing they fry in their friers is fries which are gluten free. Celiac and never been sick plus SUCH GREAT BURGERS. They ask if your lettuce wrap is due to preference or allergy. 10 stars.

Very GF and allergy friendly! They're constantly changing gloves. Great burgers! No buns but they're wrapped in a lettuce leaf (or in a bowl), which I like because it leaves room for their awesome fries. I got my burger and a giant bag of fries to go and used my own GF bun in my hotel. I'm extra careful and got the hamburger patty only, no condiments, because some locations spread them on with spatulas (that were used on buns) instead of using squeeze bottles. I don't know if this location does or not so you may want to check. To my knowledge all locations spread the mayo on so bring your own packets. The ketchup and mustard are sometimes safe from squeeze bottles. Great food, great service and friendly staff. FYI- I also can't have dairy and I follow a low-fodmap diet and Five Guys is one of the only places I can safely eat at. If you're low-fodomap too, skip the Cajun fries and hot dogs.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
