After reading a review from February of 2021 that stated they had Gluten free buns and a separate fryer for French fries, I called on our way to town. The worker who answered the phone was short with me. When I asked if they had gluten free options he said, "Gluten free? What the h*ll..." Then yelled to someone else "She is asking about gluten free options.... yea we don't have the bread option but we can make you a burger with a lettuce bun if we have too." I told him he didn't HAVE too do anything for me as they just lost my business. I didn't even ask about the fries or fryer. Terrible customer service.

This is our go to! Their fries are gluten free, they have gluten free buns, they offer gf pizza, and the owner told me they use a separate Frier specifically for the gf items.

Super friendly employees and manager! Friendliest restaurant we’ve been to in years. Will definitely go back the next time we’re in Cheyenne! Thanks, 5 Guys!!!

I’ve eaten here several times and had other individuals with Celiac and allergies and had no issues and once had a cross contamination issue that was caught and the manager came out and redid the entire meal and apologized. Extremely careful.
Yes
Tested the burger with ketchup and lettuce, no bun, And fries with my Nima. It was a combined test and something had gluten.
Had no problems. Changed gloves with the order
Great burgers and fries! You can have everything but the bun!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
