Knowledgeable staff, never glutened
Yes
They were great! When I said I had a gluten allergy, the guy who was taking my order immediately told everyone they needed to switch out their gloves before making my order, and to just be aware of the allergy. Their fries are safe- they are the only thing they fry in their peanut oil. They don’t have a gluten free bun, but you can have your burger in a lettuce wrap or just in a bowl. I will be back :)

I just get a hot dog with no bun in a bowl and French fries and have never had a problem with celiac disease so I have no complaints!
Tasty burgers, they do a nice lettuce wrap in place of the bun.
Yes
Dedicated frier for yummy fries! You can get a burger wrapped in lettuce. Hit or miss on the surface this burger will be wrapped on! If I am hankering for a burger type patty they will do it in a bowl with the mix ins.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
