This is my go-to when I want a burger and fries. They yell out that there is an allergy and I watch them make my food like a hawk. I’ve been here a dozen of times and never gotten sick.
Yes
No GF buns. Please was a total mess. First and last time going to a 5 guys. Ugh!
All toppings and fries are gluten free. Very careful about cross contamination. And super yummy!
Yes
They cook burgers or hot dogs away from buns and will be very careful if asked. Fries are g-free and not cooked with any shared oil. I get my burger without a bun or wrapped.
Yes
Ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with bacon, Cajun fries a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry milkshake.
In the past we have not had issues.... But we were glutened this time. Don't take the chance.

In general Five Guys is great with allergies, but check your bag before you leave. The cashier today was new and didn't realize he needed to check "gluten allergy," he only put "separate bag," so they accidentally served it with the bread. But they were very happy to remake it when we pointed it out.

We communicated with the staff per usual, as Five Guys is a place we visit all the time. We’ve been to the one in Coral Gables, Jupiter, Boulder, Longmont, Montreal, Miami, New York, Mt. Tremblant. It always tested safe. Well, not in Castle Rock. Portable gluten tester flagged heavy gluten. They simply didn’t do a good job. Didn’t eat it.
