They offer a lettuce wrap for their burgers. They do not have a GF bun. They do not have anything in their fryolaters except their French fries, which they supposedly cut themselves. This far no gluten flour is used to keep the fries from sticking. They will change their gloves before making your item. Thus far I have not been sickened, and I have been there many times.

Five Guys is one of our go to places for a quick burger. I’m very sensitive and I’ve never had an issue at this or any other location. 👍🏻👍🏻 up for the staff and the fries!
We visit frequently, my husband and my son have never been glutened!
Although staff entered order as allergy they did not change gloves and holler out allergy as they did in the other location we visited in Manchester NH. Hope they start to do it the way they do it in Manchester..
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
