Best celiac safe fries you can get just about anywhere. No GF buns so you get your burger in a tray, not really worth it for the price, but I go sometimes for the fries. They are also very generous with the fries and there is enough even in a “little” fry to split, so it’s a good value. They don’t put anything other than fries in the fryer so zero chance of cross contamination.

i went there and we asked if the fries were gluten free and they said no when they do
No gluten- free buns. They offer the burger in a lettuce wrap which doesn’t work do to the amount of grease from the burger. The only other option is in a bowl with the fixings. With the amount of burgers they sell you would think they would offer a gluten free roll option.
No
I've eaten several times here, I bring a gf bun from home. The prize here are the fries. Gluten Free fries..... Amazing.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
