What a great find! There are healthy and not so healthy GF choices. I got the chicken, red chili sweet potatoes and the bowl of fruit. All 3 were very tasty. The chicken was tender, the fruit very fresh and those sweet taters…whoa mama! I will definitely be back. The GF chicken enchiladas looked delightful. I had to turn away because they started calling my name. That’s what I will try next. Gluten free items are marked on the menu and if you tell the person taking the order how serious your gluten reaction is everyone on the line will change gloves. (If your sweet tooth is acting up- Green Goodies is close by - BONUS!)

The GF max and cheese is excellent! My 8 y/o was diagnosed with celiac 6 weeks ago. This is the first time he has eaten Mac and cheese while out. When we told the waitress he had celiac she marked it as a gluten allergy. It’s nice to be able to eat out and feel safe about it.

They are very safe. The gluten free Mac and cheese is delicious! I really liked the gluten free lemon cakes as well

This is the first place outside of the home my daughter has been able to have Mac and cheese so that was an added plus! We loved our entrees- grilled chicken, potatoes fruit for me; chicken, Mac and cheese fruit for the kids and enchiladas for my husband. So happy we finally got to try this place. Their lemon cake and chocolate chip cookie were very good too

The online menu is clearly labeled with what’s gluten-free. The salmon is delicious, and my son liked the steak. I loved the sweet potatoes. My son enjoyed the smashed potatoes. We had heard great things about the gluten-free mac & cheese, but neither of us loved it.

At the counter, they had gluten-free lemon cupcakes and gluten-free cookies available. They looked good, but we didn’t get any.

We LOVED our meals here! Our toddler was pleased with her kid’s meal, I had a fully vegan meal, and my husband had a full gluten free meal. We even had gluten free and vegan desserts! There were so many options on the menu! We will definitely stop here again when in Oklahoma City!

This place is incredible and her new favorite. We’ve been here three times already since we found it. Gluten-free is clearly marked and they have lots of options. Staff is very attentive and seems to understand what needs to happen. 10/10

This is a go-to restaurant for me. The majority of items on the menu are GF, and even more can be modified. It’s reliably tasty and quick too. I’ve never gotten sick here- their mac and cheese is always GF and they carry several GF baked goods too. They recently started making sweet potato fries that are GF as well! Love it!

The food is amazing and fairly healthy. I haven’t gotten sick here once. I’ve ordered everything from the salads to their bowls. Their gluten free chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I’ve ever had!

I told them to make it gluten free and they cross contaminated me I got sick right away plus I door dashed so it was really expensive
