I ordered the works cheesesteak over rice and fries. Waitress assured me that fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. Everything was fine and the food tasted good!
Be careful with your GF order. My office placed an order for pick up and I called it in because I wanted to make sure that I explained I was gluten free. I ordered a salad and explicitly said no bread. Guess what I got? Two pieces of bread laid across the top of the salad. So they definitely struck out on the GF friendly part and can't follow directions. :(
No
Celiacs beware! Do not eat here if you have a severe gluten intolerance. We ate here when our power was out after a big winter storm, and I wish we had gone somewhere else. They did give me a gluten free bun for my turkey burger, (no dedicated gluten free menu) but it was extremely dense and bland. The burger itself was less than a quarter inch thick, and seemed as if it had been frozen before it was cooked. Everything actually seemed like it had been frozen first actually. We ended up getting our order to go after a wait of 90 minutes, because our 18 month old couldn't handle it anymore. When I got home and opened my to-go box, I discovered that they had put the fries in right next to my gluten free burger, and the fries are not safe as they are fried with other wheat-containing foods. The waiter was very friendly, but not very willing to discuss menu options with me, and also accidentally charged us for a different tables order instead of our own. Overall, we will never go back. I thankfully did not have a reaction, but I consider it a miracle.
No
Does not have anything gluten free. They said “we have vegan not gluten free”
No gluten free menu but when I called and asked to speak to a knowledgeable person I learned their soups were GF, and they have great (dense, chewy, not real dry) buns for burgers. I had a California Chef Salad with ranch dressing they say they make there which is GF also. Salad was very good (and huge) and so were the GF garlic buns that came with it. Also had a cup of clam chowder which was said to be GF and was pretty good. My spouse said her burger, on gluten bread of course, was very good as well. For casual dining it was quite good. Would give a five if they had a GF menu. Prices were reasonable for AK. I don't react immediately to gluten so can't say with certainty that everything I had was GF but I think it likely was.
Yes
Gfree menu and Gfree hamburger buns are good. Soups are also good.
