We’ve been here twice in the past week and they did a wonderful job with both our gluten and dairy allergies. We got burgers and chicken sandwiches (with buns!!!) and both were delicious. They do not have a dedicated fryer but there are other side options. We did salad (DF/gf), mashed potatoes (gf) and brocolli/green beans (DF/gf).

Gluten friendly restaurant. Service was good, food was good. Gluten-free buns for their mini burgers. Menu states that they would help you find gluten-free items and give you gluten-free substitute for meals. Cider for drinks and gluten-free cocktails.

They take allergies very serious. Celiac safe and variety was excellent.

New Ford's Garage in Novi! Food and atmosphere is fantastic! I had the brisket burger with a GF bun. It was delicious.

The manager brought my meal out separately to show that they take gluten allergies seriously.

While this may not be a safe place for the most sensitive people since it isn't a dedicated gluten free restaurant, they have gluten free options like GF buns for burgers, and their menu is clearly marked for items that are or can be prepared gluten free. The food was very good and the servers will do their best to accomodate for your needs. My sister and I ordered a couple of burgers with gluten free buns, opted for a side of mashed potatoes instead of fries, and each had one of the two hard ciders they had on their drink menu. The food was excellent and neither of us experienced any issues afterward.

GF items are marked on the menu. I ordered the Black and Blue burger which was excellent! The waitress asked if was an allergy or preference. She then listed the sides which were gluten free.
