The menu said the dough was 100% gluten free but they couldn’t guarantee a flour free environment, then when I asked they said that they do everything in the same environment, even baking the gf pizza in the non gf oven. I don’t even understand why they put gf in the menu if they cook everything in the same oven. That is not gluten free

They have bases from Bocconicini Bakery gluten free bakery here. They have a cross contamination warning in the menu so this is not good for coeliacs but ok for gluten intolerant people. They supervisor came to double check the order when I mentioned the gluten free base. They also came back to advise a specific topping (truffle pesto) has gluten in it. After that they did actually accidentally bring to the table a gluten pizza but the waiter swooped before I ate it (I actually said to my friend 'this looks too puffy to be a gluten free pizza'!) and brought us our gluten free pizzas shortly after. Base was good, bit dry on the edges but they have chilli and olive oil on the table you can douse it with. Other toppings were great, I had the Cantabrian anchovy pizza with capers and olives. Wouldn't trust these folks with your life but fine for intolerant and if you are vigilant. Would return and eat this pizza again.

Do not take the chance! Cross contamination levels are not safe.
Was told by the staff that this is not safe for people with Coeliac Disease

One of the most humiliating experiences I've ever had as a coeliac. I went here with friends but was ASKED TO LEAVE because it wasn't safe and they were very nervous that I would get sick because of the flour IN THE AIR and coating all surfaces, plates, glassed etc. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. They did have a salad on the menu that seemed marginally safe but I was told it would have cross contamination. Their GF pizza bases aren't recommended for coeliacs because they use the same ovens and utensils.
