Very yummy, but very expensive too. They mark things as gf, but it’s good to call out that you have an actual allergy so they can take extra precautions at the sushi bar.

I got super sick eating here. I hadn’t had anything else risky to eat so I’m 100% sure it was cross contamination. They do have a gf menu but I’m not sure they took the precautions. We ordered delivery - maybe it’d be a different story eating in person but I’m not taking that risk.

They mark(GF) for menu items that are supposedly gluten free. When we ordered, we double checked with the waitress that everything was gluten free, and she said yes. When the food came out I noticed right away something wasn’t right because several things had sauce and were fried. They also gave us tamago (traditionally made with soy sauce) on the sashimi plate. I asked her to double check with the chef that everything was gluten free, and she came back to tell us that not everything was gluten free. I told her that she assured us everything was gluten free before we ordered, and the menu even marked the items gluten free. She said the menu was not accurate. So in the end, I couldn’t eat more than half the things because I am scared of cross contamination, and I had to place a new order for “safe” items. They didn’t offer to refund us or help us out in any way.
The waitress also had an attitude the whole time (even before the gluten free scenario).
I will not be back and I do not recommend others to come here.

Told them we have Celiac (me) and NCGS (spouse) and they quickly pointed us to the GF items on the menu and explained that most sushi and nigiri can be made GF, with the exception of the unagi and any of the one that included tempura. The biggest plus is that they offer gluten-free teriyaki which I’d written off something I’d never have in a restaurant again. And it’s decent! I’ve only had the salmon so can’t speak about the chicken. They also brought out our salads without dressing since theirs has soy sauce as an ingredient. They also provided tamari sauce to have with our food. The service was great I didn’t feel like I was bothering them by asking the usual questions we have to ask. Only thing is that it’s quite expensive. Like only for special occasions type, unless you have endless funds.

Great sushi! Couldn’t stop eating it. There was gluten free soy sauce and a menu clearly addressing gluten free items. Definitely coming back!

Gluten free items listed, assured me their sushi rice is GF, offered tamari. I was a little confused why they couldn’t make our whole order GF, but appreciated that I still had so many options. Did not get sick, have eaten here multiple times. Waitress seemed informed, warned the whole kitchen. They change gloves, knives, and cutting boards if you tell them you need that. Their GF teriyaki sauce was a dream come true.

Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu- it’s so nice when you don’t have to ask for a special one. If you don’t like sashimi this isn’t the restaurant for you.

I love this old school Japanese restaurant. Safe for celiac.

Delicious, wildly expensive Japanese food. You have to know what to avoid, but many dishes are GF. Whether they have a Celiac separation for equipment in the kitchen, I don't know. I've never gotten sick here. But huge dent in the wallet.
items on the menu are identified as gf and for an extra fee you can get packets of tamari.
