I’ve been here 4-5x in the last few years and I just love it. Everything is gluten free and that is the best! From great bruschetta to schnitzel to a chocolate cake for dessert! And the best, none of it tastes dry or crumbly! It all is pretty darn delicious! Make reservations!

WOW!! It took me forever to decide on my dinner since the entire menu is GF! I’ve never been to a restaurant and bar that is all GF. We all enjoyed our meals. My husband (not GF) would have liked a regular beer, but too bad. He had to wait until after dinner.

Very nice gluten free restaurant! I enjoyed a delicious Wiener Schnitzel here, in a superb atmosphere. The food in general is very satisfying as it comes in large portions and is delicious. The staff was so nice as well. Recommended!

Highly recommend the duck, it’s expensive but honestly the best meal I’ve had in ages

Friendly service plus great gluten free food!!!!! Shared a bruschetta starter, tried their excellent home made bread, had a huge fish main dish (which I asked them to save half for a doggie bag to take with me …) as I wanted to also have room for the gf apple strudel! Almost came back a second night (and wish we had!!)

Komplett glutenfreies Gasthaus. Am liebsten hätte ich ALLES probiert. Von selbstgebackenem Brot über glutenfreies Bier vom Fass , Schnitzel, Nocken, Knödel bis zum Kaiserschmarrn und Kuchen. Allein wegen diesem Gasthaus lohnt es sich nach Wien zu kommen.

A completely gluten-free restaurant. I ordered the schnitzel, which tasted good. I recommend testing it gluten-free. It was a relief when I didn't have to stress about whether I would be understood as a celiac in a restaurant.

Lovely experience! We started with a house made hummus with olives and bread. The bread was scrumptious, one of the best I had on our trip. For our entrees my husband had a deer ragou and I had Veal schnitzel. Both were beautifully done and perfectly seasoned. For dessert we had wanted to try the apple strussel but they were sold out. Instead we opted for a chestnut praline pudding and apricot pancakes. Both were lovely. It was so nice to find a place where we didn't have to worry about me getting sick while on vacation.

Delicious dinner at a dedicated GF restaurant. Creative menu items with choices of seasonal specials, traditional food, and locally-sourced ingredients. This was my second visit. I chose the roasted duck this time. It was served hot and it was delicious.

The resteraunt has a lot of variety, however our entree the risotto balls were bland and dry, our main was very nice but needed more flavour. It was a very expensive meal and the waiter demanded a tip.

This place is a tasty safe haven for people with food allergies. EVERYTHING is gluten free and lactose free. Plus there are many vegan options. Everything we had was delicious - bread, dumplings, mushroom ragout, deer, salad - it was all so good. The best part was walking home knowing I would feel well and have a good night. Don’t miss this!

Popped in for lunch during our day of sightseeing. We have 2 coeliac and 2 non-coeliac. We all really enjoyed our meals. Tried the schnitzel, roast pork and risotto. Followed by apple strudel and lava cake. All fantastic. Great to have a gluten free beer on tap also. Highly recommend eating here for coeliac as it’s 100% gluten free and great food.

Cosy ambience, delicious dishes, mouthwatering desserts, great variety of choices. If the staff could smile a little bit and be more polite, the experience would be even better. 😉 English menu is available and don't worry about tipping, service charge is included in the bill.

Dedicated GF DF restaurant, which is so wonderful to have access to when traveling. My mother in law and I had dinner here and the restaurant offered wonderful hospitality, English menus, and a diverse selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts. That said, our meals were disappointing. The schnitzel (both the veal and the pork) were quite dry. The calamari was a preparation I didn't care for but I do think it was technically cooked correctly (this is probably an American assumption that "calamari" equates to fried and "squid" equates to other cooking methods in my mind. Anyway I didn't like the braised squid but mostly because I was hoping for friend calamari.) The desserts were ok, but the apfelstrudel pastry was thick and not flaky like it should be. It's a relief to eat somewhere safe and for that I applaud the restaurateurs, but so often GF food is inferior to gluten foods and I did unfortunately find that to be the case here.

This dedicated gluten free beer house was fabulous. Went just for an afternoon beer and it was so nice to not have to worry. I had the radler and husband had the original brew (he is not gluten free) and we both enjoyed it very much. All the food looked great too

Nice meal. I had venison ragu and my wife had spinach dumplings in tomato sauce and nut pesto. Had a table near front but had to move because of smell of cigarettes wafting in from the street. Nice beer

Really enjoyed my experience here! I ordered the Radler (beer and Almdudler soda mixed together) and the Schnitzel, and it was so delicious, I couldn’t believe it was all gluten free. They also make a super tasty cappuccino. The staff is wonderful, very kind and accommodating. Quick walk from Westbahnhof. Prices are a bit high, but it’s worth it for peace of mind.

EDIT: I have seen previous reviews and heard from other celiacs in the area that some of the breaded foods may contain wheat (albeit, “gluten free” wheat). The other day, I asked a server if their schnitzel breading had wheat, and she unfortunately just shrugged and said “there could be.” So if you have a wheat allergy, it may be best to avoid the breaded items on the menu!

EDIT 2: it seems like this place is slowly going downhill. In one visit, I ordered the asparagus risotto and there was literally no asparagus in it. The service is also getting worse, and in my last visit I had a waiter complain about my tip amount to my face. The chocolate lava cake I believe is store-bought, it tasted very similar to one I buy at the grocery store.

Very good. Had wiener schnitzel with potato. My husband had Salmon trout with sesame crust, rice and mixed veggies which was very tasty. Apple strudel was good but we miss the flaky pastry of the version with gluten. Oh well. Overall recommend highly!

Inizio col dire che è TUTTO senza glutine, anche per chi non è celiaco. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo entrambi preso la cotoletta alla viennese con patatine fritte e una birra grande e una piccola. Dire che era buonissimo è dire poco. Cotoletta asciutta e abbastanza grande. Unica pecca il prezzo. Abbiamo speso 65€ per due cotolette e due birre. Ne dovevamo spendere 59 ma dato che abbiamo pagato con carta il prezzo è salito…quindi NON PAGATE CON LA CARTA!! Per il resto tutto ottimo

I got the schnitzel, a great texture and super yummy (could use some more flavoring but so good for GF) the apple streusel was very flavorful as well - all the dishes we got were great! The homemade bread actually tastes like bread too.
