The staff always takes good care of me. They change gloves and the cutting boards. You just have to make sure they all change gloves down the line. One of the girls filling my bbq sauce didn’t know and hadn’t changed her gloves and was grabbing the bowls it goes in. As soon as I told her she was very understanding, changed her gloves, and made me new bowls. And the bbq is good. It’s not the absolute best I’ve ever had, but when you’re celiac, you take what you can get. I’ve eaten here multiple times and haven’t had an issue. Even when I called in an order.

Very knowledgeable. Delicious meats and sides all safe. Made fresh daily so never had cross contamination. Even have delicious milkshakes!
The food was bland and even though I said I was gluten free they tried to give me bread anyway. They had no idea when I said I was gluten free. They didn't clean anything off and staff was very rude. The coleslaw was the good and the chicken was pretty good too. The ribs were rubbery and hard to eat.
Awesome! very understanding and knowledgeable about gf. When you let them know you are gluten free they change gloves, cutting boards, and knives.
I told them I had an allergy and they pulled a clean knife and gloves and a different cutting board.

Really good barbecue food. Was only able to eat the meat and the rice/jambalaya but it was great.

9/4/2020 update. It is true that they no longer advertise a GF menu, but if you call the hostess or manager will go through your options.
GF items:
-Meat: brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken, turkey
-Sides: potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans
-BBQ sauce is GF
-Beer: Redbridge bottles available
You can ask them to wipe down surfaces and change gloves. Emphasize no jalapeño cheese bread.

I've eaten food from this place twice. The first time was fine. I got very sick the second time, despite checking with the staff that all of the items we ordered were gluten-free, and that no flours had been added to thicken any sauces that day. They will cut your meats on a separate board using a new knife if you tell them that you are very sensitive to gluten, but as one other reviewer mentioned, there is a lot of potential for cross contamination.
No
They will take out a "new" cutting board and wipe off the knives for you before they hack off your chunk of meat. This is all done in front of you behind some sneeze-guard glass. However, the chef wasn't being all that careful or attentive about what he was touching and where he placed the gluten-covered rag he used to wipe off his station. There are a lot of opportunities for cross-contamination. Also, the food isn't all that great.
