Conveniently located by the north tower of the Venetian. Many choices, including oatmeal.
Not a lot to choose from. If toast on the menu item, you can get a GF bun or add tomatoes. For breakfast, they did offer double hash browns.
Many items on the menu were not available gluten free. This place use to more accommadating

Although the menu I received didn't specify the dietary warnings, the server was versed in all the alternatives and made suggestions for gluten-free. All the dressing sauces are made gluten-free. I had the chicken and avocado salad and was plenty. Our server, Anthony, even had pictures on his phone of all the dishes, so we know how they look like.
Their in-person dine in / take out menu are clearly marked with Gluten Free information but this information is missing on the online order menu. Lots of good options and food is tasty. They are related to Cheesecake Factory chain so you will find similar quality and menu options here. Best part - opens late.
Had breakfast here. Had an omelette which was nice enough and was offered to swap the toast and hash brown for fruit as they weren’t GF. However I was charged extra for the fruit. Didn’t have many options on the menu.
went here for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. many gf options marked on the menu and staff was very knowledgeable. 0 cross contamination. very happy and will be back.
Huge menu, reasonably priced for Las Vegas and many GF options beyond just salads. I enjoyed the pastrami hash
I guess I should've asked about the supposed gluten free menu? The main menu has what can be made gluten free and it's literally five things out of 50+. Unfortunately, our first choice place to eat had a 45-minute wait due to the Trump voter convention in town... yea... eww. So we ended up here. I really wanted a sandwich or something breaded but that's not here. You can have a caeser salad or a burger. Some mid pasta. The end. I got a caeser since it was the only salad I could have of the seven available. Asked for dressing on the side. It came smothered in dressing and also a whole boat of the same dressing... on the side. Honestly, the most joyless salad I've ever had. An hour later I feel gross and hungry. Though, I'm sure I ate 900 calories thanks to the dressing bath. Look, the bottom line is there's nothing here to eat. Sure, it's on the app but like, go anywhere else. There are actually options to eat here. Don't bother with a restaurant who refuses to post nutritional information on their website who offers 1/16th of their huge menu to feed the gf. Many thumbs down.
Servers daughter had celiac so she was very knowledgeable. I had the Cobb salad and they changed the dressing for me. Normally don’t eat at this chain, but would go again based on my experience!
Best gluten free pasta I have had yet! You would never be able to tell the difference. I definitely will be visiting the Chicago location back home! Thank you!!!
The waiter assured me that my breakfast dish would be gluten free, and the chefs would change gloves and utensils but the NIMA sensor detected gluten. However, I will say it was only traces of gluten. (I tested both the smoked salmon omelette and pastrami omelette dish, which included hash browns)
Also they claim they toast their GF bread separately, which they might, but my GF bun came out with a bunch of green vegetable residue and other food residue attached to it that likely came from some time of shared surface. The waiter had assured me that the kitchen would clean surfaces change gloves and utensils and after seeing the food residue on my bread I sort of lost confidence in their efforts to prevent cross contamination.
Manager came out to apologize and offer something else, and said he thought the hash browns were definitely gluten free as it was a dedicated skillet to the hash browns. I didn’t want to take a chance so I just asked for boiled eggs as a replacement to make sure they were GF. Unfortunately the eggs were basically completely raw and inedible - but we still were charged for them and I didn’t want to say anything again

Steak and eggs came with a GF bun they use for burgers as the bread substitute. Hash browns were safe as well.
Good sized menu for the others in our party. Everyone left happy.
I had the Garden Veggie Omelet. It was marked as a GF option. I also had the hash browns. I used the Nema on the hash browns and it came back with a smiley face. I did not get sick and the waitress was very knowledgeable.
We grabbed a late breakfast here when we got into town. Waitress was knowledgeable and let the chef know about my issues. Portions were huge and food was good. No issues at all...

Ate here twice. First time was fine, egg white omelet. The second time, also an egg white omelet, I was sick. Not full blown reaction but definitely a cross contamination reaction. Eat at your own risk.

Don’t even bother!!! First time pasta came out as regular spaghetti not GF corkscrews. Second order came out with fettuccine buried under the normal noodles. Been sick all night.
Server ignored my request to mark ticket allergy/celiac however I was only getting a salad and reassured me that gloves were changed every time before making a salad so no croutons cross contamination. Also changed dressing to make salad gluten free and brought plate separately from the ones with bread.
Their roast beef was simply amazing. Huge portions. Shared with my kiddo and ate the leftovers for breakfast. Didn't get sick. Win win!
A few gf options, nothing impressive. Good food. Buffet is a cross contamination nightmare - bacon sitting on top of bread/toast. If you have celiac, don’t get the buffet.
Gluten free is marked on their regular menu and there were quite a few options, the menu was big and the food was delicious.

Had a very nice breakfast here- we did off the menu vs buffet. Menu was clearly marked, and waitress was knowledgeable. She even offered me a GF burger roll with my breakfast since they didn’t have GF toast.
Food was good, but there aren’t a lot of choices on the menu, especially considering how large it is. Several options even on the breakfast buffet.
Went to the Palazzo GLC. Extensive menu, however if you dont want a burger, salad or pasta, from the regular dishes there is not that much gf choice. Fries not gf. It was ok, but nothing special. No reactions though, so thats the main thing.
The waiter even brought me out a gluten free bun to eat as bread before the meal so I wasn't left out when everyone else got their bread!
The menu has a ton of gluten free options but I don’t think they took care in preparation. I was sick after eating here. If you are sensitive I would not recommend this place.
Our experience was okay, not great. They do have gluten free options, but we didn't get any of the fancy stuff others are mentioning as they are not on the menu and must have been specially prepared. Our server wasn't very knowledgeable and she didn't care. The food was decent, but not outstanding. You can find better gluten free options for the money.
This is the second time I have been here and I love it! Decent prices for Vegas and GF food is clearly marked on menu. Staff was knowledgeable and what she didn't know, she asked the chef. Coffee and cream GF cheesecake was so yummy!
Celiac safe! Server, Manager, and Chef collaborate before preparing food. Very extensive menu with tons of gf options. Fryer NOT dedicated. Pastrami Burger and Warm Chicken Salad are fabulous, so is chocolate cheesecake. Surprisingly affordable for Vegas. Server (Lauren!) very patient and understanding. Would go back in a heartbeat. Located in Venitian Hotel.
They are great!!! the menu has little gf next to the foods that are gluten free. I got the steak and they come with rice flour onion rings!
Visited the Palazzo location and was pleasantly surprised by this place. Server was knowledgeable. Regular menu has GF marked on it. The menu is very long and diverse. Had the GF pasta Telefono, which was a red sauce with cheese. They leave the breadcrumbs off if GF. Meal was good, nice texture and flavor. Pasta was slightly over over cooked. The creme brûlée is the only GF dessert offered. It's a large portion and pretty good.
Probably depends on server but mine helped determine what I could have. The gf bun was delicious. I was lucky enough to get one at breakfast too when I asked for gf toast.
A great place overall. The waiter was very knowledgeable about what is gluten free, but be careful what you order. The gf pasta is made in the same water as the regular pasta. The fries are also not safe. Lots of potential for cross contamination.
Ate here 4 times during our week in Las Vegas. Had great meals. Many GF items.
The waiter barely spoke English and didn't know what celiac was. She could not tell me what the substitution would be for my meal and it ended up being not what I wanted. Then she charged me for meat when I didn't have any. And didn't fill our water. The food made me sick but not from celiac.

Great gluten free items. All salads and soups made daily...thousand island dressing is fabulous and gluten free! Spinach salad with goat cheese was delicious!!!

Plenty of GF options, Celiac friendly. The place is very loud from the casino right by, and under staffed.
Breakfast options were great and the staff had no problem answering questions about how food was prepared.

Had a bunless plain cheeseburger and had no issues. Staff wasn’t really helpful with the menu on the items that could be gf.
They seemed to have good allergy systems which made it good for gluten free. items that could be made gluten free were marked on the menu. i got an omelette with a side salad and made sure the dressing would be gluten free. i got caesar dressing. everything was great and i did not get glutened!

I didn’t feel comfortable eating here after reading the reviews, but I had a positive experience. The waiter was knowledgeable and I ensured he was clear this was important. I had salad with ranch. It was great; they tossed it before serving. I also had a burger with a GF bun. It was great!
The rest of my family (not GF) really LOVED their food (pork chops, chicken tenders and chicken fried chicken).
