Update 1/6/2024:
Food is still great, service is excellent, and there is still a GF menu, but there is no longer a dedicated fryer. The mashed potatoes were good though. I’m posting photos of the updated menu.
Original:
Incredible gluten free food and a dedicated fryer! The staff is very knowledgeable and the separate menu made ordering very easy. I highly recommended this Hard Rock Cafe.

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.

Absolutely fab meal. Nick the server was so knowledgeable about food safety. We all had different meals that were delicious. Very reasonable priced for a branded place to eat.

Great GF experience. Server was very clear about dedicated fryer for French fries. Burger was great. Bun was a typical GF bun but the burger and toppings made it great.

The waitress didn't seem too knowledgeable but it could have been more my mood from having to drive so long, figure out parking, excited to see from reviews on here that they have a dedicated fryer only for my waitress to tell me that they don't have a dedicated fryer and the back of their gf menu having a statement reinforcing that (image has been uploaded). Haven't had my food yet cuz I'm still in the restaurant waiting for it but pretty disappointed that I'm just going to be having a burger because there were no other safe sides besides a salad (and I wasn't doing a salad). They do NOT have a dedicated fryer. Hoping I don't get sick.

Went to hard rock miami and the staff was knowledgeable about my allergy and made me feel reassured about what I was eating. They have a dedicated gluten free menu and a dedicated fryer so you can eat FRIES!!! I had the legendary burger with fries. It was delicious 😋

We went in during the middle of the afternoon and asked for gluten free menu. The waitress had to look for one. I ordered a burger without a gluten free bun bc I dont like them and fries . It came with a gluten bun. They then went and just took it off the bun. I had to ask for a new burger! The fries looked breaded i didn't eat any. So I would advise caution here!

Had a great experience here. They understood about gluten free, had a separate menu and our server was gluten free (by choice though). She said when they input the meal they put it in for gluten free, which is nice. I had the salmon with green beans and French fries! I asked a lot about the fries and was told they have a dedicated fryer. Was hesitant, but went ahead and ate them with no problems at all. It was a very nice day out and we sat outside, overall a very good experience.

Besides celiac, I am allergic to soy, and our server was awesome checking ingredients when I ordered from their gluten-free menu. I wish we were on vacation in the area longer so we could stop there again.
Yes
No separate fryer, but my girlfriend was able to have a salad, burger and mashed potatoes with no issues. Plenty of other options on their separate gfree menu. Mention the allergy to the server And shouldn’t have any issues! Great service by Kiya, who had a food allergy unrelated to Celiac.
Yes
After reading the reviews I asked to see the manager. He said they offer a GF menu. I asked if he takes celiac disease as seriously as a peanut allergy. He said they take it very seriously. I had a burger on aGF bun , minus the onion ring and steak sauce. After the meal he asked me how everything was. The managers name is Prince Logan. If you want a safe meal - ask to speak with him.
Yes
Asked 3 times for the GF Menu. Never got it. The waitress in a very bad manner told us that whatever was in the regular menu, you could have it GF (?). Ordered fajitas: cold, hard and seemed old. Next day, all day in the WC. Worst experience EVER
Waitress screwed up with our night. She brought the gf burger with a side salad with f* croutons! We asked 5 times if that was gluten free and she confidently confirmed. My wife ate one when the other server came and said it had gluten. She still insisted it didn't. Then the manager apologized and did not charge us and offered assistance. Be careful there, ask the manager to watch your food. Servers do not know what is gluten. Training needed.
No
They had special GF Menu. Had the burger with GF bun which was ok. They brought it however with a spicy sauce on the side which the waiter mentioned better not to try (?). Location is great if you sit outside.
There is a huge gluten free menu. The buns were dry and only so so. The nachos were huge and wonderful! The gluten free brownie sundae was amazing. It was warm and gooey with globs of hot fudge, ice cream and mounds of whipped cream. Definitely a dessert to share with a few people.
Great service, best Chicken sandwich with chips 🤪👍😍

I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ask about how safely I could eat at this restaurant gluten-free. He assured me not to eat the fries as they recently switched brands and they would have wheat - and now the fryer would be cross contaminated, so don’t order wings
I asked his name and if he would be there and could babysit my meals since I am driving seven hours tomorrow
The manager was leaving - and yet he share with the next manager name Sam
When I arrived, I met Sam who had told the kitchen staff and bartender of my sensitive food allergy
I have had to eat this way for 19 years - and I have learned how important it is to talk to a manager and stress how important it is to eat out without cross contamination…- and yay! I had a great pulled pork sandwich on a GF bun with mashed potatoes and it was delicious and I didn’t get sick!

GF burger was awful. Avoid for a proper meal. Wings were nice but the patty from the burger is one of the worst I’ve had. Go elsewhere!
