Eaten here plenty of times and haven’t gotten sick. Yummy burger and fries!

Can I give a negative star? I explained to the waitress that I have an allergy to gluten and very clearly ordered a medium rare burger with no bun. Hamburger came out of the kitchen with a bun. It was sent back where all they did was take the bun off (waitress admitted it). Second burger was made and came out of the kitchen again on a bun. Third burger came out with no bun, but not melted cheese. It was suspected they took the bun and cheese off from burger #2 and threw it back on the grill as it was very well done. Unclear if the fries were safe and made in different oil, but I’m guessing they weren’t as I did not feel well the next day. We were told by one manager that our bill would be taken care of while another manager only took off 15%. It was ridiculous. We will never go back here again.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Food was much better than I’ve come to expect from Hard Rock.

I’m always super nervous eating out, I told my server Sean that I was super scare because of the reviews I’ve read about here. He put in the food as allergy and went to the cook and told him how serious it was and made sure my food was safe! Very happy, highly recommend!

I read the reviews for this location and was hopeful that my son could order lunch here. The Gluten free menu was extensive. After questioning the server, we were told there was not a dedicated fryer. And when I asked if his burger could be cooked in a designated spot on the grill, he recommended we go to another restaurant. Fail.

UDI bun I think. Same as Culver's uses. Dedicated fryer for French fries. So far so good, if I'm sick tomorrow I will update this.

Very good! I have celiac. I had a gluten free burger and mashed potatoes and had no issues. The staff seemed knowledgeable.

Great GF selection with a dedicated menu. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The wings are amazing.... Overall it was a great experience.

Yay! French fries! They do have a separate frier, the only thing fried in it are their gf fries. Separate gf menu, lots of choices, knowledgeable staff. Had a burger on gf bun, was very good.

There is a very extensive gluten free menu that even includes a gluten free kids menu. The food is all delicious and there are gluten free fries and burger buns! The staff are all very cautious to prevent cross contamination. Definitely would recommend it!

The fiesta burger was awesome, had it with a gluten free bun and green beans. The gf menu lists fried items but says at the bottom that it's a shared fryer- so skip that! Otherwise, really great. Very sensitive and feel ok hours later.

Good gluten free options, separate menu. However, the menu says they do not use a dedicated fryer. I am very gluten sensitive, and had no trouble with the fries though.

I was nervous about eating here after reading mixed reviews regarding dedicated fryer. Nonetheless, I went for dinner here. I asked the waiter, he said the fries were in seperate fryer. Then I asked the lady that brought the food out, and she went and checked with kitchen and said they were in a seperate fryer. I didn't get sick. Based on below reviews it sounds like they might not always have dedicated fryer so I would confirm if you go. Food was ok

Gluten and dairy intolerant. had an absolutely delicious Burger & fries. Manageress came out to table to reassure me they would make meal to suit my dietary requirements. Excellent service & excellent meal !
