The reception was very nice. The waiter who took the order was very rude. My Burger had no sauce and the fries hardly any salt. The cola was very watery. I had more :(

We enjoyed our experience here but still recommend caution. Both our servers were knowledgeable about gluten free (and fluent in English which we needed!). The gave us a gluten free menu, which helped clarify how meals are made differently to handle GF (E.g, but be careful: we discovered after some questioning and some communicating back with the kitchen that none of their sauces (BBQ, honey mustard) are GF, despite being listed in the GF menu. Our server said she would let the management know (e.g., GF bun (meh), no onion ring on the classic burger, etc.). But the food was fine, the classic Hard Rock atmosphere was fun, and the location in a historical building in the middle of the happening wharf area is a great Hamburg experience.

Delicious gluten-free burger. I felt safe. Let’s see in the next 2 to 7 days if it was 100% contamination free as I was told during the order. ------ Update: Sadly I suffered from Gluten Contamination signs, a couple of days later. I will reduce the safety level from 4 hearts to 2.

Ate here for dinner and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Separate Gluten-free Menu. I stuck to steak and veg and was fine. Will be going back again before we leave

Eine komplett glutenfreie Karte gab es, richtig leckere Burger! Auch die Käse-Pommes und Salate sind super lecker! Ich hatte einen Burger mit Hähnchenfleisch, nächstes mal probiere ich einen mit Rindfleisch. Ich bin begeistert!

Super! Burgers with glutenfree bread and glutenfree frites! When you want something elae as pizza and pasta, this is the place to be!
