I’m celiac and my youngest daughter (9) is celiac and dairy free. We had a fabulous experience. We ordered wings for an appetizer for the table. My youngest really wanted a grilled chicken sandwich and even though it wasn’t on the menu, they totally made it happen. They baked her fries instead of putting them in the fryer so they would have no cross contamination. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. Bravo for working with our allergies and delivering a great experience.

Hard Rock offers gluten free bun and baked fries for customers with Celiac at no additional charge. Waitress wanted to make sure I understood it would take longer to bake the fries than oil fry which is cross contaminated but all food came out quickly and tasted great. I waited until the next day to post this review so I could be accurate on if it made me sick or not, no sickness😊

Very knowledgable staff! I have multiple allergies they were able to accommodate. Our waiter Matt was the best we’ve ever had! The kids enjoyed him as much as the food!

Food tasted good but I got glutened. I had a kid's cheeseburger on GF bun (nothing else on it) and mashed potatoes.

My server knew what to do when i mentioned that i was celiac. The food was ok, way overpriced, but guess thats what you find at a touristy place like this. atmosphere was great, music not too loud, was very enjoyable experience. No reactions from food whatsoever.

I think I may have come here on an off day. Burger was on gf bun and was okay, but certainly nothing special. Might try again another time. There are other restaurants in the area that I prefer for gf.
We had a delicious dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Pigeon Forge last night. We have multiple food allergies in our family, including gluten, dairy, eggs and tree nuts. My daughter has Celiac Disease and is extremely sensitive. She cannot eat gluten or tree nuts and had their honey mustard chicken sandwich on a gf bun. My son is only gf and had a cheeseburger on a gf bun. I had their pulled pork , but no bun due to multiple food allergies (gluten, dairy and eggs), with their Carolina bbq sauce. It was delicious! Our server was very attentive and advised against the fries as she could not guarantee the fryer was safe...she said sometimes it is shared. We had the steamed broccoli instead. Our server told us they have protocols set up in the back to reduce cross contamination risk. My kids and husband shared the HUGE gf chocolate brownie sundae for dessert. We ordered it without nuts due to the nut allergy. They thoroughly enjoyed the sundae, which easily can feed 3 people. We were very happy with the food and service and no one was sick last night.

They have gluten free buns. Ordered the fajitas with corn tortillas. Super sensitive celiac and had no issues. The manager discussed my order with me and brought it out personally. The nachos as someone else mentioned are not safe for Celiac per the manager the chips are fried in a shared fryer.

Very knowledgeable and a great selection! Menu was front and back with a nice variety of options. I would recommend the chicken nachos and New York Strip steak and mashed potatoes was excellent!!!

A whole gluten free menu double sided! G/F buns, brownie dessert, BBQ sauce, Dressings etc.

I had a burger on a gf bun. It was amazing. Great service and great food too.
Are here today based on previous reviews. Our 17 y/o has Celiac and is very sensitive to gluten. They have a gluten free menu. But make sure to ask HOW the food is prepared because if it's fried, it may not be gluten free. We let our waitress know about his needs and she had the manager and chef come out to the table. The chef was very know and made excellent recommendations for our son and he he went with the burger with bacon on a gluten free bun. They bake the fries. The check said that they take about 18 minutes so he went ahead and got them started while the hubby and I decided on our meal. The potato skins are deep fried so the chef microwaved 2 for our son and then put them in the oven to melt the cheese. Our son loved them and said that his gluten free bun was delicious! Best gluten free bun he's had....and he's sooooo picky! Would HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely be back! It's nice to be able to add another restaurant to our list of safe places we can dine as a family! And they have a gluten free brownie served with ice cream but he was so full that he didn't get to try it.

We had a fantastic experience. Our server Hannah was very accommodating and we were confident in her suggestions. The chef ( wish we knew her name) met us at our table to talk about options for our daughter with celiac. She assured us the food would be prepared safely. Our daughter ordered a burger with gf bun and baked fries. She said the fries were the best she's ever had. We also ordered the gf brownie with ice cream for dessert. It was huge!!! The look on our 8 yr old's face was priceless. Hard Rock provided excellent service and food.

The chefs came out and spoke with us on two occasions and delivered the gluten free entree. My son had a hamburger with a gluten free bun and fries. Hey also had gluten free brownies with ice cream. Highly recommend this restaurant for people with Celiac.

This was probably the best meal I've had in Myrtle Beach, it was excellent food. Got a burger and fries with wings as a starter. I would recommend caution though. Even though they had a gluten free dedicated menu and the staff seemed knowledgeable, I still ended up getting sick the morning after quite badly. I am not sure if it was just a fluke or what but highly recommended caution especially considering how much we paid for me only to get wheat poisoning from that meal.

During this time of Covid, it is nice to sit in a restaurant and eat! We were immediately approached by Sabrina who made sure all was safe and good for me. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. As stated in a previous review, the bun did crumble, but it was good nonetheless. This is the second HRC I have eaten at...and both have been great.

Was confident with all the positive reviews I would be safe but more than 24 hours later and my stomach is still a disaster from their gluten free fries! Claimed to use a separate fryer but I’m a mess
