I ate safely without cross contamination and I am very sensitive. I asked the cashier to kindly mark my order for “allergy” protocol so that they would change gloves to complete my order for the chicken nuggets and fries. I didn’t try any sauces but the chicken was delicious. The cashier told me the only gluten is the gluten buns and the beer. The seating and dining room desperately need to be deep cleaned. This was just before dinner rush on a Monday, not just bad timing on a busy shift.

This place has many GF options, including chicken nuggets, sweet potato and french fries, tater tots, salads, milkshakes, and more! The last time I visited they also had GF buns available for burgers. Highly recommend. Just make sure to tell them about your allergy when ordering!

Two times in a row, at this location, instead of getting a grilled chicken (no bun) I’ve been served a crispy chicken on a regular gluten bun. I’ve been very explicit about needing gluten free due to a medical condition. This time I asked the guy to please alert the kitchen and he told me he had it covered. Obviously he didn’t. I talked to the manager and she said there is a gluten free button but it was not noted on my ticket when we received our food - instead it said crispy chicken sandwich. I’ve also eaten at the Coppell location and never had this problem. I will avoid this location from now on.

Delicious food, but definitely risky with cross-contamination. I’ve eaten here multiple times, until the point of gluten illness. That’s the point of no return, unfortunately!

Great for kids, and the food is reasonably tasty. Just be super cautious and ask lots of questions. I became sick from a takeout order, so perhaps it was prepared in a rush without taking extra precautions.

First time here, and very pleasantly impressed with their GF menu options and service. No breakfast options at this location at this time. Clean facility and outstanding service. Will highly recommend it.

This is a great restaurant for GF! All fried items (including fried pickles, fried chicken, chicken nuggets) are gluten-free. Your GF burger or chicken sandwich comes bagged separately with a GF sticker on the bag and sandwich itself. You can also order the burger lettuce wrapped.

We ordered a burger in a bowl to be safe & 3 burgers (2 with GF buns), along with several GF sides. We went inside to order for takeout. The service was really good, and we were assured that all precautions would be taken for Gluten free safety. We had previously ordered delivery at another Hat Creek location. This was in February for our son's birthday dinner. We tested 2 GF buns at that time & found gluten. We decided to try this location since our son was returning to Colorado the next day & thought we'd give this location a chance. Unfortunately we were disappointed after testing what was supposed to be a GF bun with our Nima Sensor & again it showed it contained gluten. Thank goodness we ordered the burger in a bowl so he at least had something to eat this time. I'm not sure what is being done at these locations. Maybe the buns are all kept together, or possibly gloves not being changed. We had been so looking forward to eating here since reviews stated it was safe. I plan to call manager to see if any measures can be taken in future to ensure safety from gluten. Hopefully I'll have more luck this time. Other location I had to leave a message & no one ever returned my call. Guess it's back to In & Out for their lettuce wraps. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one since the guy at front register did seem responsive to my requests.
