We have Hat Creek at least once a week! All the sides are gluten free and the GF buns are actually really good. You got to try the FRIED chicken sandwich and the FRIED pickles

The staff was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Many gluten free options including buns. All sides safe and all shakes but birthday cake. Separate fryers and gloves for workers. Top notch place.

Celiac friendly. Got the double with tots and of course had the try the chicken nuggets. Nuggets had a little spice but very good. Did not get sick, food was great!

This place is definitely for families i.e. little kids. The burgers are in fact gluten-free. It’s best to get them wrapped up in lettuce. It’s very noisy. And the burgers are delicious and messy.
Dedicated fryers! Everything fried is gf. However, not everything in the restaurant is marked so ask before trying- for example the Happy Sauce is not gf and is not marked. Also, the “protocol” for changing gloves was a little shaky, like they were still figuring it out but they did it. So far so good. I ordered a second order of fries.
They have an allergen list online and at the register. Note: happy sauce is NOT gf. Love the flashers and fries, i get 1/2 sweet potato and 1/2 regular fries.
Love this place. Everything that is fried is GF! My kids love the chicken nuggets and fries. The tater tots are also great! We even Nima tested everything and no gluten was detected!
Yes
Burgers offered in lettuce wrap. Flash fried pickles and fried chicken is GF, as well as Taylor tots, fries and all sides. Cute new place! Only thing with gluten is there buns, all else is GF.
I go here often. I have only gotten sick twice.

I wanted to try this place, but had to order through Uber Eats, because we couldn’t drive over. My concern started when there was no where to specify order instructions or special instructions during the order. After I placed the order, I was assured by the gentleman on the phone that one of the burgers would be prepared gluten free as ordered (Only had the option to select gluten free bun via the app). I wasn’t sure if just ordering it on GF bun would indicate to the staff that it needed to be prepped with necessary precaution taken.
Long story short, the order was delivered, and everything was in the same bag. Not only was the order messed up, wrong ingredients on both burgers, it wasn’t clear as to which was the Gluten free and which wasn’t. Thus we called again, and the gentleman apologized, and told us if we came in they would give us a free burger. Well, we ordered delivery on purpose, so this wasn’t helpful. He did tell us how to identify the gluten free bun however.
I felt like I definitely got glutened. I probably shouldn’t have eaten it, but after spending 40+ dollars on the meals, I was over it.
Probably won’t order here again, really let down given others gave it 4-5 stars.

We ordered a burger in a bowl to be safe & 3 burgers (2 with GF buns), along with several GF sides. We went inside to order for takeout. The service was really good, and we were assured that all precautions would be taken for Gluten free safety. We had previously ordered delivery at another Hat Creek location. This was in February for our son's birthday dinner. We tested 2 GF buns at that time & found gluten. We decided to try this location since our son was returning to Colorado the next day & thought we'd give this location a chance. Unfortunately we were disappointed after testing what was supposed to be a GF bun with our Nima Sensor & again it showed it contained gluten. Thank goodness we ordered the burger in a bowl so he at least had something to eat this time. I'm not sure what is being done at these locations. Maybe the buns are all kept together, or possibly gloves not being changed. We had been so looking forward to eating here since reviews stated it was safe. I plan to call manager to see if any measures can be taken in future to ensure safety from gluten. Hopefully I'll have more luck this time. Other location I had to leave a message & no one ever returned my call. Guess it's back to In & Out for their lettuce wraps. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one since the guy at front register did seem responsive to my requests.

Came here from out of town, food was fantastic! I have Celiac as well as a severe wheat allergy and didn't get sick. The guy that made my food brought it out and said he cleaned everything and its 100% safe. And it was, super yummy too!

The burger itself is decent but I LOVE the GF chicken flashers and the fried pickles. So good! Fries are also GF but their just meh. Every time I eat here I order way too much but it’s so good!
