I love the food here! Everything except the chowmein noodles on the salad and the macaroni salad are gluten free.

Everything my husband and I had to eat was delicious (three different meats)! The rice was somewhat sticky. Yum! My only complaint is that the side of pineapple (extra charge) is barely anything (less than a whole ring?). It was delicious pineapple though. I'll order the veggies next time. We'll definitely be adding Hawaiian Bros to our mix of restaurants. Great service, and very clean restaurant. Was so relieved to read that everything is naturally gluten free except the macaroni and something on the menu with noodles.

Not Dedicated but very close to it and they are all super careful and aware of how to make sure you get served a delicious gluten free meal. All you have to do is sub the macaroni salad for double rice and your golden. Not a huge menu but very tasty. Also their are touch screen stations to order from but I recommend just speaking to an assistant who always seem to be ready to help and can make sure you don’t accidentally end up with macaroni on your plate . The teriyaki soy sauce and pineapple bbq sauces are all GF and dont forget to add a Dole Whip frozen treat to the order as well!

I like the small simple menu and I like that most of it is gluten free. Most places you only get one menu item that is gluten free but this place only had one item that wasn’t gluten free. Staff is very knowledgeable and stresses that their kitchen staff will change out gloves to prevent cross contamination if you tell them it needs to be gluten free. When they give you your order, they tell you that they made sure gloves were changed and precautions were taken in a caring and friendly way. We have been there several times in the last few weeks since finding this place and have had no reactions.

Good food. Simple menu. Staff is knowledgeable about what is safe and I’ve had no reaction in 5+ visits. Most of the menu is gf but will have to pay a $1 extra to sub the mac (not gf) for a gf side. Easy meal.

Really love this place. I know it probably doesn't compare to actual Hawaiian BBQ but without a point of comparison, I'm pretty happy with this experience. The only thing with gluten is the macaroni salad, so it's easy to avoid. My only complaint is that the mixed veggies are a bit inconsistent and usually too wet for my tastes, but I switched to getting pineapple instead and it's my recommendation. The pineapple BBQ sauce is so good.

Stopped on our way back home from Chicago. We're looking for affordable, tasty, and quick. (Hard to find for gluten free on the road). Hawaiian Bros delivered all three and more! :) $10-20/person.
They can split your plate with two proteins if you prefer. I had the Honolulu and Malakai. Yum! Everything is gluten free except the macaroni salad and the mandarin orange salad. Including the condiments-they brought tamari packets to our table!!!!
They also have artisan root beer and cream soda, Hawaiian juices, etc.
The Dole soft serve is delicious-the twist combines strawberry and pineapple. It tastes like summertime!
Note: protein comes served on rice as well as having a side of rice.
