The lady who helped us said everything except the pasta salad is gluten free and dairy free! You can substitute for the pasta salad, with an upcharge for vegetables or pineapple. Eveyone orders at a touch-screen kiosk, but substitutions are easily made there. The menu is small, but we enjoyed our food. Each meal was served as seasoned meat over rice, a separate scoop of rice, and a scoop of vegetables for $1 extra. We had the Huli Huli chicken and Honolulu chicken, and enjoyed both.

Good easy stop and quick detour. Nice to have a place with GF options while traveling.

Really love this place. I know it probably doesn't compare to actual Hawaiian BBQ but without a point of comparison, I'm pretty happy with this experience. The only thing with gluten is the macaroni salad, so it's easy to avoid. My only complaint is that the mixed veggies are a bit inconsistent and usually too wet for my tastes, but I switched to getting pineapple instead and it's my recommendation. The pineapple BBQ sauce is so good.

Stopped on our way back home from Chicago. We're looking for affordable, tasty, and quick. (Hard to find for gluten free on the road). Hawaiian Bros delivered all three and more! :) $10-20/person.
They can split your plate with two proteins if you prefer. I had the Honolulu and Malakai. Yum! Everything is gluten free except the macaroni salad and the mandarin orange salad. Including the condiments-they brought tamari packets to our table!!!!
They also have artisan root beer and cream soda, Hawaiian juices, etc.
The Dole soft serve is delicious-the twist combines strawberry and pineapple. It tastes like summertime!
Note: protein comes served on rice as well as having a side of rice.
