Chicken Enchiladas, Chips, rice & beans oh my! Delicious! I never get to eat out at home & this was so good ... i informed my waiter of my needs & he assured me i would be taken care of. Did not disappoint and I am DEFINITELY easily affected by cross contamination- i had absolutely ZERO issues after eating here!

The chips are NOT celiac friendly. They are in a shared fryer. Instead I had corn tortillas with my salsa. I am GF and DF and didn’t have any issues! Great food, I had the chicken tamales.

Slow service at the bar. I ordered the carne asada and stressed that I had a gluten allergy . The waited pointed to gf options but could hardly speak English. I had diarrhea the next day all morning long the next day. I hadn’t eaten anything else before that for 8 hours while traveling to Vegas.

Great meal and the bar staff new exactly what was gluten free and what was not. I had excellent chips, guacamole and chicken tinga tacos.

The staff didn't really make us feel the most comfortable when inquiring about their allergy protocol, but we opted to eat there based on reviews on this app and blog posts I had read. My daughter opted for nachos (no meat or crema). Tested with our Nima and got a smile. My daughter didn't have any bad reactions after eating there, so we feel comfortable saying it is Celiac safe.

Had the guacamole (made fresh in front if you) and chips, then the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. Gin and tonics. Fabulous service. Very knowledgeable. I did get very tired after, but I think it was the time change. I would recommend visiting here.

I've eaten at Hecho multiple times with no problems. Yummy food, but it is expensive.

Had Banderas enchiladas and chips and salsa: 6-hours later, celiac symptoms. 12-hours later, definitely a reaction. Based on menu cross-contam warning about even masa being manufactured on wheat equip, not sure why I trusted the "Safe for Celiacs" reviews. I should have known better as now I will pay for 3-5 days. Will not be back, over-priced for Mexican food and salsa choices were boring. Most importantly, as a Celiac, do not trust reviewers that claim "safe," when cross contam clearly identified by the establishment, as a statement on their menu, even specific to masa. I should have used my judgment and instead, trusted fickle reviews from "celiacs." Let's see your path report---"self-diagnose" much? Grrrrr.

Most of the menu was gluten free clearly marked. The food was great, portion sizes were big and there were plenty of chips and dip. Would definitely go back again. When one of our party ordered non GF the waiter checked with us that we knew it wasn't. Great service.

Very good! Menu has many clearly marked gluten free options. The food was fresh and very good. Homemade guacamole tableside. Fun atmosphere! The tamales and nachos were great!

I have celiac and multiple food allergies, I had a safe and delicious meal! The waiter understood my allergies and helped me choose my meal. It was a little pricey $78 for 2 of us, but a great experience! I could even have the chips and salsa which was nice.

Had the best crema blanco enchiladas! Loved that they took the time to explain what my options are! Leo was our server. He went above and beyond to make this gluten sensitive girl happy! He was the best! Ask for him! He will take care of you!

Ate here once and did not get sick (Celiac). Mexican is naturally gluten free for the most part. I sat at the bar and was slightly worried because the bartenders English was not very good but everything turned out very good. I had the Las Banderas enchiladas. I would recommend this as a relatively safe choice.

Friendly place but it didn't sit well with me. I don't know if if was gluten but something really didn't agree with me. I had the nachos and the pork tacos and a margarita.

Exceptional GF menu! So much choice & they really get gluten free! I had the tacos & they were incredible!! I have added a photo! You must have the table side guacamole as this is made in front of you to your taste in spice, just amazing!!!

Fantastic enchiladas, great waitress. Majority of menu is GF and clearly marked on menu.

Best dining experience on our trip to Vegas! Totally worth the long walk through the MGM Grand. Tons of gf options clearly marked on the menu, really nice waiters who will make a note of your "allergy" so they treat your food with special care. The enchiladas were delicious.

HECHO EN VEGAS is truly an excellent choice for Celiacs. We have eaten there at LEAST a 1/2 dozen times and had a great experience each and every time. Menu is clearly marked, staff is knowledgeable...first time we went, executive chef actually came out to the table to talk to us (his daughter is Celiac, so he really knows how to do gluten-free right). Highly recommend.
