I have gotten the gf crust multiple times now. It’s the best gf pizza I’ve found. All toppings are gluten free other than the meatballs. Definitely let them know it is an allergy! I always get the paradise pie

All of the toppings are gf except the meatballs, but they do use the same toppings for regular pizzas as they do the gf. They do use fresh cheese/sauce so I’d probably only feel comfortable getting the cheese pizza. Just sharing info, haven’t personally eaten here.

The crust on the gluten free pizza is pretty thin. Never had issues eating there or getting to go orders. Salads are good. I like the paradise pie.

I very rarely eat out. When I arrived here, I asked what the process was to ensure cross contamination was avoided. They were great about explaining and also offered to get the manager. Madison, the manager, was so incredibly knowledgeable in knowing the important relevant information. He even offered to make my pizza himself so it could be worry free. It totally made our experience and I am so grateful!
For additional helpful knowledge I wanted to share that they have a separate red sauce and mozzarella cheese and cutting area to go along with their gf crust and cauliflower crust. Additional toppings will be retrieved from the regular toppings area. So without Madison making my pizza, I would order only a cheese pizza.

I specifically asked my server about being celiac friendly she assured me what I ordered was safe and that the kitchen staff would take precautions. My gluten free crust was grey, soggy, and I am the sickest I've been since my diagnosis. No allergen menu was given, I could only go on the advice given. I do not know if it was the crust, cross contamination, or whether appropriate instructions were not given. I had the paradise pie on gluten free crust.

Had their gluten free pizza, told the server is was for a gluten allergy, and ended up getting sick.
Very good GF crust and great topping options. I'm very sensitive and I have never had a problem with their food.
Great place with a good gf pizza crust and several gf appetizers. We eat there regularly and I haven't had a problem. Do make sure they make your salad in a separate batch to ensure it hasn't had croutons mixed in.

My daughter was stuck in the bathroom the whole next day. Never doing that again.
They're gluten free crust is okay. I think it's one of the better ones in town. It is made elsewhere and frozen. Their sauce and topping are so good, it makes the somewhat tough crust worth it! You can get pretty much any topping except the meatballs abs the Alfredo sauce.

it tasted awesome. I love a thin crust with veggies and sausage.
Their gluten free is terrible.
Fantastic GF pizza, recommend the cimarron
Pizza was great!
Excellent pizza! GF crust and lots of toppings to choose from. Best GF pizza I have had so far.
I eat pizza here regularly and never get sick. They seem to take precautions well when told it’s “an allergy”.

I agree with another reviewer, they really need to work on their gluten free crust. It tastes like cardboard, which is sad because I used to love their pizza.

We visited Hideaway Pizza yesterday. Our son has celiac and really enjoyed his GF cauliflower crust pizza from here. The staff was knowledgeable, made notes of his allergy, and he had no reactions. They have a seperate place they prepare, will change gloves, and use new cutter

First off, I would like to start by saying I went in at an off-peak hour and I am so glad I did!!!
I informed the front staff that I was celiac and they made sure to do an extra cleaning on the table before they sat us.
Our waiter was hand chosen for us due to him having family with Celiac and made sure to let me know exactly what I could and couldn't have on the menu.
The staff in the back was completely informed and asked to clean the area as well as wash their hands and change gloves. They also informed me they would be taking every precaution they could to make sure I stayed safe.
I will definitely return!
