Stay away from the burgers. They are committed on the same grill ad the buns are toasted. The french fries have been safe for me.
The staff was so conscientious and helpful, and I felt really reassured and confident about their allergy practices. I Nima tested the fries, spread and protein cheese burger, and all came back gluten free. I’m so happy I don’t have to give up yummy In-N-Out for celiac!
Yes
"I'd like the burger protein style", gets you a lettuce wrapped burger, no bun. Get the fries "animal style", they are covered with special sauce and cheese to eat with a fork, and makes them totally enjoyable.
Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
I love in n out, and it's definitely one of my go -to's when I get a burger craving. I am very sensitive to gluten and have never felt sick after eating there. Their protein style burger with a side of animal fries gets the job done every time!!
Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.

Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
