great location! never had a problem here
We eat here every time we pass through Lancaster - two or three times a month. We have yet to get sick here and have only ever gotten sick once at an In-N-Out, which is impressive since it’s the only place my DH trusts when traveling. We feel so comfortable in their assembly line set up that we don’t feel the need go into the celiac spiel at time of ordering. DH gets the Flying Dutchman (two patties with cheese in the middle). Their website lists the allergen website for their other products. Well worth it for the peace of mind.
Yes
Great localoption for GF burger.Order a protein burger (tasty burger in a lettce wrap) and some fresh cut fries.Specify that its an allergy order and they'll cook it on a dedicated grill as well.
Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.
unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.

Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
