Very good each time. Fantastic option for safe gluten free fast food. (Request they make it on a separate grill, for allergies).

all fries are gf, basically everything there except the buns! "protein style" means a burger wrapped in lettuce. "flying Dutchman" is two patties with cheese, served alone.

Staff very knowledgeable about GF safety. Ask for burger protein style and you get it in a lettuce wrap. Make sure you tell them it's for an allergy (which they understand better). Gluten issue listed on the order and staff shouts out "allergy". They change gloves and are careful with handling the burgers. Fries are only items in the fryer, so they are gluten free as well. No buns though. Still excellent!

I have eaten here multiple times and as long as I say “I have an allergy, can I get the protein style burger” they have understood what to do and I haven’t gotten sick! I clarify just to make sure they understand it’s an allergy (well-it’s celiac but allergy is easier to understand) and I haven’t had any problems

I got a cheese burger protein style and animal fries. Their fries are gluten free because they don’t fry anything else in the oil. The staff are very aware of what to do with a gluten allergy. They have an employee change gloves and hasn’t touched bread make the burger. I was reassured by how much the employees knew. While I do wish they would get actual gluten free buns and not just wrap the patty in lettuce, I didn’t have a reaction and it’s one of the only fast food places that I can eat at

In & Out seems to have trained very well about gluten. At every location, just say Gluten Allergy and they're totally on top of it, they flag your order, call it out to other employees, they all know what to do. SO reassuring. The Protein Style with lettuce wrap is very good and i hardly notice the lack of bread. Fries in dedicated fryer..

I’ve never gotten sick at this location. Make sure you mention “for a gluten allergy” after each menu item. I also double check that my order has the GF allergy note at the payment window.

Burger: Protein style (no GF bun) Double double (or your choice of burger) Onion and tomatoes NO spread (ask for spread on the side to avoid CC)

Animal style fries: Cheese fries Add raw chopped onions instead of grilled onions (to avoid CC) NO spread (ask for spread on the side)
