The worker was super knowledgeable. Opt for the whole grilled onion instead of animal style because the same spatula is used to flip the onions as the buns.

Very good each time. Fantastic option for safe gluten free fast food. (Request they make it on a separate grill, for allergies).

all fries are gf, basically everything there except the buns! "protein style" means a burger wrapped in lettuce. "flying Dutchman" is two patties with cheese, served alone.

Staff very knowledgeable about GF safety. Ask for burger protein style and you get it in a lettuce wrap. Make sure you tell them it's for an allergy (which they understand better). Gluten issue listed on the order and staff shouts out "allergy". They change gloves and are careful with handling the burgers. Fries are only items in the fryer, so they are gluten free as well. No buns though. Still excellent!

spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.

unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
