I was told they have their own fryer for allergies! Super delicious protein style can’t go wrong!
Got burger protein style with fries. Was really good and didn’t get sick (severe symptomatic celiacs). It had a ton of lettuce I didn’t finish.

I get the Protein style burger( no bun, wrapped in lettuce) meal w fries. They notated allergy and are sure to change gloves and prepare on clean surfaces and utensils.
Don't go at peak hours- it gets crazy busy.

In-And-Out is my go to for late night meals, especially after an event. I always get a double double since a single meat patty isn’t the most filling. They don’t have gluten free buns, but they have lettuce wraps, or you can’t just get the patty. I’ve always had good experiences here!
In’n’Out is the best fast food place, especially if you have a gluten allergy! You can tell them when you order that you have a gluten allergy and they will be extra careful with your food and prepare it at a separate station. Get a protein style burger and it’s wrapped in lettuce! Also the only thing they fry is the French fries so those are safe for gluten allergies as well. Not only are they great with the allergy, the quality is top notch. Fresh and not overly greasy. My favorite! Oh yeah, the shakes are great too!
The woman who took our order seemed to be very knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination. Ask for the Flying Dutchman!
We’ve had good luck here. My son has never been glutened. The staff is knowledgeable and always reads orders back and separates his food.
The only GF is a calorie burger on lettuce. Very good just very messy.
