Delicious food, no issues with allergies (and I have many, besides gluten). I ordered the protein style with grilled onions... amazing!

Just make sure you get your burger protein style and tell them you're gluten free! They'll clean off the grill and fry your French fries separately from the others!

spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.
unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
