Staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free options at all however they did inform me the only thing in the fryers were potatoes in sunflower oil so those were safe. I had a burger protein style and fries and didn’t get sick.

Been to many of their locations and this is by far the best location if you are celiac. I think someone actually has celiac or gluten allergy because of how informed and careful the staff is. If you are in Vegas, come here!

For whatever reason this location seems to handle a GF meal well. I went into the store at midnight after a long flight and was nervous on how this meal could be contamination free as far as the burger (fries have a dedicated fryer). I watched them cook and noticed their bottom bun is on the side ready with toppings, and top bun gets placed on the burger on the griddle at the end of cooking. Couldn't tell if 'allergy' orders were made on a separate area/separate utensil? I got back to my hotel and tested with my Nima Tester and both burger and fries came back 'no gluten found'. Was a yummy burger in a bowl too, hit the spot!

I've gotten sick from the location on the Strip before, so this time I went to this location (Dean Martin Drive) based on the reviews. I ordered a burger protein style with gluten allergy and fries with gluten allergy. They were friendly about it and I did not get sick.

They were so nice about making sure it was gluten free. They told us they only fried fries, told us the type of oil they use, then went to double check. They put the note about gluten. We were watching the kitchen and there was an employee whose job was to handle just fries anyway, so I felt safe knowing those gloves didn’t touch anything but fries.

Excellent experience they took the gluten free request very seriously. They note it as an allergy called it back to the workers in the back English and spanish and made note of it on the order slip itself got protein style (lettuce wrap) and fries my nima said it was safe too. Make sure to get spread on the side in packet reduces cc risk even more.

Yummy burgers and fries and shakes. Be careful because there is another in n out location in Vegas with bad reviews. This location takes things seriously. Separate grill. Person doing fries just does fries and nothing else is fried there. Let them know gluten allergy. Update here again in 2021 and still fantastic.

Asked for a cheeseburger protein style for an allergy and they immediately asked "gluten allergy?". They yelled it out and put it on the ticket. I got the animal style fries too. Everything was so yummy and I didn't feel sick despite it being extremely indulgent food. Would love to have this place back in Canada.
Yes
Burger and fries always a big hit. Lettuce wrap and tell them it’s a gluten allergy and it come in it’s own tray
spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.
unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.

Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
