In-N-Out Burger

I have been several times to order protein style and animal style fries, I’ve noted “gluten allergy” and they will prepare it separately. So far, so good and delicious of course!

They use a designated deep fryer so your fries are not cross-contaminated with the other fried food that has gluten in it. Also, you can order your burger protein style, which is wrapped in lettuce. I've also gotten the animal style fries and the cheese on top is gf. I've never had any issues.

I love in n out but sometimes I get glutened here from cross contamination and get very sick even when I mention my allergy.

Always a classic :) Protein lettuce wrap hamburger with fries and a milkshake:)

I pretty much never get to eat fries due to cross contamination, but in-n-out doesn't even offer breaded items. Protein style is the no bread, special diet option, but let them known you are celiac because most people just order it to reduce calories. They will prepare protein style separate from the regular burger.

Not the best buns. BBQ sausage is NOT GF. Bute grateful burger and fries!

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
