French fries made of only potatoes (no batter) are the only things that go into the fryer. So delicious.

This In n Out will make burgers protein style but they don't take gluten-free seriously. I recently ordered a burger with a bun for my non-GF husband and emphasized it needed to be in a separate bag from the protein style burgers. When they put them in the same bag, I nicely asked them to remake the protein style burgers because eating them could make my kids sick. I told them they couldn't just put the burgers in new bags. Glad that I watched their employee because she listened to what I told her and then I saw her just put the protein style burgers in new bags. The manager did apologize and remake the burgers but we ended up being told to pull out of the drive thru and waited for 15 minutes while they remade them. The manager did give us some vouchers for a future meal, which was nice.

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
