Server's can make the order gluten-free upon request and they can put an allergy in your order. Great quick service, my go-to is a animal style protein style burger with fries. If you are ordering in a group, they will put the gluten free food separately. Have been eating here for years and haven't had a reaction!

I always ask for my burger animal style and specify "gluten allergy". I've never had a problem afterwards. Same result here!

My celiac daughter and I have been safe eating here BUT we learned that the sauce (even on allergy burgers) can be used from the same container. Now we order ours protein style allergy to gluten NO sauce and ask for sauce packets at pick up. We have not been sick from cross contamination since.

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
I have never ever gotten sick at an in n out before coming to this one (and I go pretty often). For whatever reason, this one has consistently glutened me 3/3 times I have been there. CELIACS AVOID THIS LOCATION! Patties and buns must be grilled on same surface

The burgers are not celiac friendly. They grill the buns where the meat is grilled.

I’ve been sickened by cross contamination every time I ate here.

We have yet to have a problem with In-N-Out and, due to their processes, never have to clarify that we have Celiac. Unfortunately, this location somehow got animal sauce in our food boxes. Not sure if it is gluten free or not, but it makes us rethink eating at this location.
Yes
They have an allergy button that alerts the staff who then changes gloves and utensils to prepare your burger (so let them know you need GF), all the fries and shakes are GF. Highly recommend a double double protein and animal style.
Yes
Woo hoo protein style burgers!!
Yes
spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.
unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.

Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
