In-N-Out Burger

It is fast food so it is not the greatest. However this place is great for a quick bite. They only fry potatos and have a dedicated grill for allergies.

No one makes a lettuce wrap burger better, the fries are GF from a dedicated fryer, and the chocolate shake is also safe. Burgers are prepared in a separate area when you order as an "allergy burger". Everyone leaves happy.

spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.

unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
