Order it protein style to get it wrapped in lettuce. (I also like it "animal style" for extra flavor on the meat.) The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Only the buns have gluten (and if you ordered a malt, it would too), so eliminate them and you can get what you want. The fries tend be a little undercooked for me, so I get them cooked "well done", but that's a personal choice.

Learned something new today. The grilled onions for animal style are NOT GF. They use the same spatula to turn the buns as they use to stir the grilled onions. The manager Beckie came out and told me before making my burger. I had no idea. AVOID ANIMAL STYLE GRILLED ONIONS. INSTEAD ASK FOR A WHOLE GRILLED ONION FOR ALLERGY.

Only the buns are not GF; just have to ask for it protein style! May be cross contamination with the sauce, so I order without. Only the fries go in the fryer! I’ve eaten here many times and never gotten sick - they will mark it an allergy for you as well.
