Despite my numerous questions about how the food would be prepared, clean gloves, etc, I got glutened. I have a sneaking suspicious they cooked the sandwich on shared equipment....my bad for even considering that option. When I GOT my sandwich there was a label about possible ctoss-contamination & if you're celiac you may want to steer clear! It would be nice to have that POSTED by the counter. Celiacs: stay away!

Best place to take kids. They love the GF chicken tenders and getting ice cream. I’ve watched them cook the food and see they take extra precautions with my child’s plate.

The staff was very helpful and immediately explained where my food would be prepped and which items I could have. Ordered a Reuben with GF bread. Chips are GF. They brought my meal out in a to-go container to keep it safe while moving down the line with a sticker labeling it as GF. Will go back!

I always order the nutty mixed salad. For taste it is always a 10 out of 10. I have had mixed experiences here. Make sure everything is correct with your order. Great food!

I go here like every week!! Absolutely amazing!! They change gloves and put the bread on the back counter to avoid cross contamination. I got a gluten free turkey and cheese and I'd eat it every day if I could.

Excellent gluten-free selection, and it's NEVER made me feel ill. Definitely try the nutty mixed up salad with raspberry vinaigrette, or a large potato.

Love it! Huge slices of UDI's bread make these sandwiches great. Brings back some old favorite options such as the Ruben.

We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
