Ordered takeout for 4. 3 orders were specified g-f on their user friendly website. No issues. Order was correct and ready before promised. We recommend ordering online because your comments actually print along with the check box for g-f. Less chance of an error in translation between customer, cashier, and kitchen.
Terrific! Their staff is very kind and the good is great. I've had their gluten-free food twice, and have never become ill! They have a great gluten-free menu.
I always explain to them my food allergy and their need to change gloves/clean prep areas and they are great about it! My favorite items are the Pastrami on Gluten Free bread with stone ground mustard and Swiss, and their gluten-free potato salad. When I order from Jason's Deli, I typically get my order to go and toast it up at home. I would not recommend ordering hot sandwiches/toasted ones there because they share a common toaster and you run the risk of cross-contamination.
(Also, their Memphis locations have experienced problems with credit/debit information being stolen in the past, so I recommend paying with cash.)
California Cobb sandwich was exceptionally good. Salad bar was fresh. Overall great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend
I loved my whole experience here. The service was amazing. The lady who took my order was exceptional; very kind and very welcoming. I got the Southwest chicken sandwich on gluten free bread and it was delicious. No stomach issues after. I ordered my food to go and it came in a special box that had an allergen warning label in the bottom.
They have gluten free bread for sandwiches and other gluten free options like the loaded baked potatoes (that are delicious!). I went here with my mom who is more careful than I am with gluten when going out to eat, and they changed their gloves and gave her an unopened bag of chips for the side instead of on the plate how it usually comes. She did not get the bread for her sandwich toasted as they do not have a separate gluten free toaster. I have been very impressed with my experience here. It's reassuring when the staff is knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and takes extra precautions to limit chances of cross contamination.
Jessica was amazingly helpful! They have a “gluten free kit” that is stored ABOVE everything else and is used when someone orders gf bread. Its a separate cutting board and knife and the person making the sandwich changed gloves. Food was brought to our table and clearly marked GF in a separate container. Ps it was DELICIOUS!
