While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

So far I’ve never have a problem with getting sick.

The staff checked everything I had a question about to see if it had gluten or not, said "wanted to make sure his answer was correct." They even brought me packaged silverware when I sat down!

salad is not my thing but they have gf bread and take pretty good care about gluten. you're risk is fairly low of cross contamination, lots of gf options of you like sandwich or salad

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
