I got a sandwich with GF bread from Udi. It was delicious and very much a deli sandwich. Don’t get your bread toasted as it goes thru the same heating element as everything else. They were honest & told me that and it was much appreciated. I just had non-toasted bread.

I ordered a salad to be prepped in the kitchen. I asked for Allergen protocol, and they gave me a separate number for my order. (My kids were ordering gluten items.) Next time I may try the salad bar. The gluten items are separated from the vegetables by a counter. It should really cut down on cross contamination issues.
The staff is on top of the gluten sensitive thing! The guy who took my order explained their process to me, without me having to ask first. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
Ate here for a while after Celiac diagnosis, but I think they may have cross-contamination issues.
Udis bread! So it's pretty good with any sandwich. Friendly staff but did have to repeat myself a few times.
Fantastic gf menu, they really "get it" . cant recommend them highly enough.
While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
