I have eaten here many times and never got sick. The staff ensures they make your food on a clean surface and that they change their gloves prior to making the order.

Jason's deli has always been amazing for handling gluten allergies. Any place I travel to I know I can count on them to serve me safe food.

Sandwiches are good; they use Udi's gf bread. As a previous reviewer said, they ask if it is a preference or allergy. They change gloves and limit cross contamination with the sandwiches. I have not let my daughter with celiac try the salad bar because there are croutons and other gluten items on it. I think the risk of cross contamination is too high to eat at the salad bar.

Jason's offers a gluten sensitivity menu and asked whether gluten-free was an allergy or preference for me. They have gluten free bread and a salad bad. Seems suitable for those with sensitivity but would probably go elsewhere if you need to avoid all gluten. Jason's put a label on my order that said as much.

Great chicken salad (with almonds and fresh pineapple) sandwich loaded high in Udi's great gf bread. Came with chips and pickle. They have gluten free ice cream too. When an order comes through with gf bread, the server washes hands, puts on clean gloves, and prepares on safe surface.

Delicious! They ask if it's an allergy to make sure they're careful. Udi's bread and they have Udi's cookies and bottled sodas with sugar, not HFCS. Highly recommend!

They have a lot of gluten free options!!!! I always get a baked potato and tell them it is for celiac so they prepare it separate in a special container!!! Very nice about it!! They truly try their hardest to not cross contaminate

They change gloves between prep, serve food in a covered container and bring it out separately to make sure it doesn’t touch the other meals. Ask for a gluten free menu, it’s kept in a binder at the register.

My daughter gets a sandwich and it is carefully prepared and wrapped and has a sticker saying prepared gluten free. They offer bagged chips and fresh fruit as the side. I eat the salad bar but I am careful to avoid the pasta and the end where the bread is. Free ice cream also is ok with chocolate sauce because it is nowhere near anything. Caution is advised because there could be cross contamination with the kitchen and salad bar even though they change gloves when preparing things and accidents happen where things get dropped or mixed at the salad bar.

They identify Gluten Free Options I always get the HUGE stuffed baked potatoes. I tell them I have Celiac Disease. They know to change gloves typically. If not, I tell them, “with food allergies you need to put on new gloves” I get 2 meals out of my stuffed potato so it makes it very affordable. I am extremely sensitive with Cross Contamination. My Celiac Disease was misdiagnosed for 32 years. So, I am running to the restroom within 20 mins if I get any gluten cross contamination. As with eating out anywhere, I do not go anywhere near a salad bar because customers always inadvertently cause cross contamination issues. I have frequented this location a few times a year since they opened.

Jason’s Deli served Udi’s brand GF bread for years, but they have recently switched to a different GF bread. The new bread is terrible- bitter, dry and sandy. I can’t stand to eat the sandwiches anymore.

Large amount of gluten free options and knowledgable staff & management. Gluten free items are clearly indicated on the menu. Items that can be made gluten free with substitutions are also clearly labeled, which is a trend that I wish more restaurants would pick up on.

I love eating here. My favorite is the tomato basil soup. Their sandwiches and salad are great as well. They also have chicken nuggets on the kids menu. Oh! And don't forget the complimentary ice cream! 😀

I was glutened! I’ve eaten here before without a problem, but this time I had a serious contamination. What’s interesting is the lady at the register asked if it was allergy or preference, and told her allergy then asks what that meant to them. She explained they take extra care if the person has an allergy. I thought that was great...till I was sick. Then I realized preparing GF without caution is a bad idea. It means there will be more opportunities for contamination everywhere.

Jason’s Deli had a great gluten free menu, with tons of options for GF sandwiches, GF salads, GF soups, and GF sides. The staff was very helpful with explaining how they run their kitchen, and while they put a disclaimer that they use a common kitchen and can’t assure no cross-contamination, I witnessed them change gloves and package my sandwich separate from regular sandwiches. So great to dine at such an inclusive establishment!

Been here a few times and have not gotten sick! Staff do acknowledge a potential for cross contamination, but they take precautions to try to keep everything safe. I would avoid the salad bar, but the sandwiches were safe for me. They also have GF snickerdoodles at the counter that are delicious.

Large gluten free menu online. Took it serious when I went in during lunch hour - which is normally a great time to disregard gluten being so busy. Food came out in its own container labeled gluten free. Didn’t get sick.

This place is so awesome. We ordered the gluten free chicken nuggets for my daughter and they changed their gloves without us asking. I've seen this with Jason's Deli wherever we go. Bonus, they have packaged gf snickerdoodle cookies and ice cream for dessert. Wish we had one near us

Staff was very knowledgeable. Gluten free menu upon request. All I ended up having was a GIANT baked potato but there seemed to be quite a few options. I would definitely go here again just because of how kind and considerate the staff was (they even changed their gloves for my order). Udi’s cookies at the register too!

This casual spot was great for a quick meal. They had a GF menu which included most items from the regular menu. When I told them I have Celiac, they went straight to their dedicated GF prep area to make my sandwich. They even have a GF pan they put through the toaster to prevent cross-contamination.

Had a super yummy GF sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. Food was excellent. They gave me saltines in my bag with my soup though, so they werent paying too close of attention. The cashier asked if it was an allergy or preference but never wrote it down..? Also, found a few hairs in my food. Super yummy though.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with gluten free preparation. They have separate gluten sensitive kits that they use to prepare food. My kiddos weren't charged for the gluten free bread (Udi's) and they can make grilled cheese, pb&j, and traditional sandwiches. Also, the chicken nuggets are GF! Gluten Free Awesomeness! This is definitely our favorite spot in Las Vegas.

They will make you sick. I was there and ordered a plane baked sweet potato. This order was sent back three time. I am Lactose intolerance and they place butter and cheese the first time. The second time butter. The third time it was in the same container. There were rude and said that I was hard to please. They were told not to. I was told after the third time that they did not do special orders. Pleas don’t take a chance that you will be sick too.

I have never had an issue with any of the sandwiches made here. The salad bar is sketchy for cross contamination just from the customers. But solidly one of my favorite places to get a safe meal from.

I ordered a salad to be prepped in the kitchen. I asked for Allergen protocol, and they gave me a separate number for my order. (My kids were ordering gluten items.) Next time I may try the salad bar. The gluten items are separated from the vegetables by a counter. It should really cut down on cross contamination issues.

Not sure why they claim to have gluten free sandwiches. When you order they insist you have to toast the bread in a completely unsafe toaster or the bread will not be “stable”& gross....

Really good chef's salad, but I got sicker than a dog. I told them Celiac and gluten free, but had a terrible reaction (worst in years) anyway. And really, how do you screw up a salad? Only thing I can think of is the dressing.

Had GF on menu but salad said “request a GF dressing” which options were not listed. Called and they said they didn’t have any and ordering GF just meant a normal dressing was on the side. Salad was good, but without dressing options.

They have a tasty grainy bread they use for gluten free sandwiches, but the bread falls apart easily. If they used toasted Udi's buns, it might hold together better. Still, I'm very pleased at having the safe options and recommend them!

Jason’s Deli has recently come out with a “Gluten Sensitive” menu in which if you order online it automatically flags it as an allergy, eroding globe change etc. Decent menu with GF bread options.

I don’t eat here anymore. They get the ingredients for the gluten free food from the regular assembly line that’s been contaminated all day. My husband asked if they’d get me all fresh ingredients so there wouldn’t be cc and they said yes, but to me it’s not very celiac friendly if you have to ask for it not to be cross contaminated. Most don’t know to ask.

Second time in a row I have gotten home to find a non-gluten free bread in my order. I called to let them know someone needs to pay battery attention as I have nothing to eat for lunch now. The order take hung up on me. I loved this place but after 2 mistakes like this and zero remorse I cannot trust them.

The staff understood my needs, without an explanation. The corn beef sandwich was delicious. Stayed away from the salad bar, likelihood of cross contamination was high as I watched when small children were helping themselves. I don’t view that as a negative, because it is a salad bar.

Asked for my potato and mentioned gluten free/sensitive as suggested on the menu right above me. Manager snapped back at me on the gluten free request. Obviously had no idea what I was requesting. Ordered one of the potatoes from their online gluten sensitive menu. After that switched to just a plain potato with sour cream and butter. So the cheaper option plain Jane but still charged for the pollo Mexicano.

It is a nice place with a number if build your own sandwich options but it has the feel of a fast food joint. They charge more for crappy gluten-free bread and say it is not a celiac friendly place. Free ice cream for dessert but there are cones there, with crumbs everywhere. Good for GF by choice but not for celiac.

You better watch them like a hawk. I called ahead of time to make sure they were prepared to handle gluten “allergy” (since most don’t understand celiac). They explained their procedures and it sounded good so we tried it. As I watched them make my daughter’s sandwich, they changed gloves and put fresh paper down, but then they were going to cut the sandwich with a visibly contaminated knife. I asked, “is that a clean knife?”. He lied straight to my face and said, “yes”. I said, “I can tell it is not clean, there’s food all over it, please go and get a clean knife”. He did get another knife, but I can’t believe he lied straight to my face.

None of the sandwiches are AS good on it but they do carry Udi’s gf bread. They have a gf menu and mark things clearly. Soup options, salad options and their potatoes are a great go to... I order a half cause they are huge. I even got a gf French dip. Wasn’t the same by any means but it’s the first one I have had since I went GF and i had no regrets.
