Not sure. GF bread was done. I’m not sure about cross contamination, they go out of their way to tell you that their GF menu is not for those with Celiac or allergies. I have Non Celiac GS, my daughter has Celiac, she was fine, I was not. I had a half sandwich and salad bar. She had a sandwich. That leads me to believe I was likely glutoned on the salad bar. Since it was on the GF menu, I assumed everything was gluten-free except for the obvious like croutons. But I’m horribly bloated and gassy, my guess would be that not everything on the salad bar is gluton free, and my guess is that it was the salad dressing or the bean salad.
While they do have gluten free bread for their sandwiches, you have to be sure that they understand cross contamination. They usually are great with allergies and celiac, however last time they contaminated my sandwich. Ended up making a new one and giving me a $10 gift card though, so they are very understanding.

Was sent here be a former employee his rave review did not match my experience cashier could not find the gluten free menus had to ask 4 different people for it then she didn't know what dressings were gluten free over the staff seemed more interested in their conversations rather than my questions I am a celiac so my questions were important to me settled on some thing I didn't really want no plans to return anytime soon

Hard to find a restaurant that serves GF choices on the kids menu. Love Jason's Deli for my little guy with celiac!

Staff seemed knowledgeable and changed gloves for me. Gluten-free bread is insanely dry and just not worth it.

All the sandwiches can sub gluten free bread and the food was good, but not a good place for celiacs. The gluten free items come with a disclaimer about cross contamination and I did not feel good after eating here
