Do not trust this location for Celiac-safe prep. I drove 20 min off route to get my daughter soup & a grilled sandwich & the order was cross contaminated. Servers were dismissive of my concerns & stickers on food containers released them of all responsibility to try the few precautions it would take to be Celiac safe. They even put many bags of saltine crackers in with the order. 😡I’ve had great experiences getting Celiac-safe food at other Jason’s locations. I will never return to this location.

I have always enjoyed eating here and felt safe, but not anymore. I went to this Jason's Deli about a week ago and ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread and specified a gluten allergy. They took none of the normal precautions that I had seen previously. The person making my sandwich did not change gloves, he threw my bread down on the toaster belt without a tray then put it directly onto the board that they make all of the other sandwiches on and used all of the same utensils. I spoke to the manager and he remade my sandwich properly, but unless I stand there and watch them prepare my food I can no longer trust them unfortunately.

A perfect place for lunch. Any sandwich can be gluten free, great salad bar, plus gluten free cookies for dessert

This has always been one of our favorites! There are few places where a Celiac can get a good, safe meal but great service too that is the exception. I believe great service is not about never making a mistake but how you fix it. Today we had our first mishap and Seth the manager went above and beyond! He was so nice and now he has lifelong customers!

Delicious food.

While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
