Ordered GF baked potato with spicy chicken added for daughter and it made her sick. Must have been cross-contaminated.
This was an all together great experience. I got the chicken nuggets because I didn't know about the sandwich bread and they were very good. They are breaded in a corn meal batter. And after a slight mix up the manager gave us 2 free meals and there is free ice cream!!!

no concerns for cross contamination in my visit. I discussed the recent reviews on those concerns, engaging them in discussing their bread storage, food handling, and assembly methods. loved the gf bread!
Definite victim of cross-contamination. Had such high hopes, too. Super friendly waitstaff and appeared knowledgeable, said they keep the gf bread in a special place, toast it on a pan to prevent cross-contamination, etc. Definitely not going to go back...unfortunately.
Confused, there is a big disclaimer on their menu that states if you have Celiac you shouldn't eat here since they cannot control cross contamination. I work right down the road but I will not eat here. If you have Celiac this is not the place for us according to their warning.
Gluten free bread avail!!!
We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
