They have a lot of options on their regular menu and gluten-free bread for all sandwiches. I had a Southwest bowl which was very good and very filling and did not get sick and I am a celiac. Came back again and ordered takeout and plan to return since we will be in the area for a month.
I go here quite often to enjoy the gluten subbed bread on many of their signature sandwich’s. Most of them can be subbed out. As for sides, it’s mostly pre bagged chips or the salad bar (which i tend to steer clear of since there are items such as croutons and such). But i’ve never got sick from them. Usually the staff is very accommodating!
They have a good gluten free menu from which I was eager to order. However, I wanted to change out the dressing that came with the meal for a different dressing. One of the employees offered to help me ensure they the dressings I was considering were gluten free. She took me into the office and looked up the ingredients for the dressings in question. Both were gluten free, so I had some of each without any ill effects.
We have eaten here for years, and sometimes it was once/week. Cross contamination is always a concern in a deli, but we have appreciated the service and attention of this particular location. The member of our family who is super sensitive has had kids Jane, grilled cheese, and grilled cheese with tomato soup.
I've been to several Jason's Deli locations and feel comfortable eating at them. The person at the counter gave me a GF menu (you have to ask for one,) and I let her know it was for a gluten allergy (I have Celiac, but find most people don't know what that means.) I ordered a baked potato and it was delicious.
