Disclaimer- I have highly reactive celiac disease and can't handle any cross-contamination.
Their 'gluten-sensitive' options are hit and miss if you have celiac- go for the soup, stay away from the bread if cross-contamination is an issue, don't touch the salad bar's toppings- but they do warn you that it's not celiac safe. They have gluten-free bread, but their grill, press, toaster, and even sandwich-making surfaces and knives for cutting them are going to cross-contaminate it.
The almonds, sunflower seeds, and the nuts/berries mix are placed directly in front of the croutons, and frequently have croutons in them, so avoid these if you have celiac. Stick to the salad bar and maybe a soup and it's celiac safe.

They have GF bread & although could have, have never been contaminated.. And u know when u've been contaminated! Very good salads & the very missed sandwiches!
Excellent menu and have Gluten free bread available.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
