Always feel safe eating here. Gluten free menu available and extensive. Gluten free bread for sandwiches and even Udi cookies for dessert! The salad bar has a ton of options for gluten free (ask for a gluten free menu before heading over to it the first time- you’ll be surprised how many of the iffy seeming options are gluten free!).

This casual spot was great for a quick meal. They had a GF menu which included most items from the regular menu. When I told them I have Celiac, they went straight to their dedicated GF prep area to make my sandwich. They even have a GF pan they put through the toaster to prevent cross-contamination.

A big GF menu! Staff was very aware of Celiac. Will return!
Love Jason’s. Gluten free bread, nuggets for the gf kiddos. Staff knowledgeable and very friendly. GF sandwiches come in a separate box so there’s no accidental contamination. Celiac and have had no issues.

Absolutely delicious gluten free bread. A separate menu just for gf items. Very friendly, helpful, and patient.

AMAZING service! I was so impressed with the selection!
I've probably eaten here at least 25 times, and never a GF problem. The ice cream (free with any meal) is a nice bonus.
My wife and I have had multiple good experiences here with both salads and sandwiches. I'm extremely gluten sensitive and have never had an issue.

There are many gluten free options at Jason's Deli! There is a separate location where the GF food is prepared, which is nice to see. Their salad bar is great, and they even have several soup options. I'll definitely be visiting more often.

They have a great salad bar & gluten free sandwiches are very tasty! I've been in the store & had delivery. Each time has been delicious and great customer service to boot.
Update: We came back to Jason's for lunch today. Gluten free food was prepared and delivered by a manager- the same person from start to finish. He stayed by us while we checked the order for accuracy. Item was clearly marked with gluten free sticker and brought in to go container to mark it as specialty. Bread is Udi's brand- which we like better than any other commercial bread. Gluten free menu is present in restaurant. Order was correct, food high quality with great taste. We will go back and continue to look for the process improvements offered by Brad.
Update: I just got off the phone with the supervisor there: Brad. He's the one who answers to corporate Jason's Deli. I explained to him all my concerns and issues with our service. He has addressed issues and temporarily has only managers handling gluten free orders in an effort to provide safety to us until he is positive that his staff understands why it is such a concern. I have agreed to give them one more chance- and I will update again once we go in.
Original review: Jason's has a specialized space including case with knives/prep area. The food tastes great but they don't check orders or know why gluten is such a big deal. A great menu but miscommunication and lack of common customer service reign high here. We've had more than 5 experiences there and 90% of the time there's something wrong with the gluten free order. We've received regular bread when buying gluten free. Management doesn't care about what they are doing or the importance of their area. It's a shame this location is such a disaster, because generally Jason's is great. Just go elsewhere!

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
