When I spoke to staff about gluten free, they told me it wasn’t safe for those with celiac.

Potato and salad ok. Staff told me that they toast sandwich bread in a shared toaster.

Separate gluten free menu, food comes out in separate container to avoid CC. Udi bread for sandwiches. Definitely worth it.

Jason's Deli is a paradox of a business. They make it seem as though they want to serve the gluten free and take care of that customer base, which they deliberately attract. However, upon actually looking into it and attempting to order they as very firm about their lack of allergy sensitive facilities and interest in making accommodations. I wouldn't go again, as I was informed that when the manager is not in the staff do not know about gluten. That being said, the salad I did eat was fine.

Celiac friendly?

The manager assured me that they change their gloves, use a separate cutting board and place a clean pan in the toaster so there is no cross contamination! They have tons of options to choose from and the menu is awesome!

Good food. A little on the pricy side for a deli. They have gf bread for any sandwich as well as the salad bar.

be aware there is no dedicated toaster at this location. knowledgeable staff fresh ingredients always a good experience dining here for a quick healthy meal.... and free ice cream :) what more could you want?

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
