Good food. Not sure on the knowledge of celiac there.
I eat here regularly. The staff and owners are conscientious and will take precautions.
They change their gloves and they make sandwiches on a paper. They have a special area designed to cut only gluten free items.

Staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. They have GF bread and will make sandwiches with it. Salads are also GF and I get them every time. Ice cream is also GF. They were very busy but managed to keep my meal safe!
yummy sandwich bread and delicious soup for being celiac I felt comfortable ordering there and didn't get sick.

My wife loves getting the build your own sandwich with gluten free bread. We've eaten here multiple times over several years and she's never had a reaction. Staff takes great care to insure food is prepared safely. My daughter also gets the gluten free chicken nuggets.
They have a lot of options, but it is a deli so be wary of potential cross contamination

Had a good experience here. They state on their menu and website that they have gluten sensitive options and take precautions when someone orders gluten free, but that they are not considered safe for celiacs. Tho I am Celiac and quite sensitive to cross contamination, I decided to risk it, since someone wanted to take us here. I ordered the “nutty mixed up” salad and mentioned I was gluten free. I had no issues and it was delicious! I noticed the salad bar had all the croutons and bread in a separate area than the rest of the salad bar options. I will be coming here again.
