So sad! Jason's has been one of my go to places. According to a sign on the door, they closed March 11, 2014.

Great place! Love the bread, not toasted or cold. Could eat there every day of my life if I had the money.
Wonderful restaurant, great gluten free soups and bread. Have been there 3 days in a row. Very friendly
Great choice for a light lunch at the mall! I only deduct 1 star because they do not have gf bread as does their local competitor (east bay deli). Potatoes are great!
We just went to our first Jason's. My wife ordered a salad, thinking she was ordering a sandwich. The guy who brought it out exchanged it for a sandwich, no hassle and no charge. The food was excellent, too.
Kids eat free for dinner all weeknights, great gluten-free options, and lots of organic items to choose from!
While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
